At Triple-A Enterprise, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders promptly and securely. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada using trusted local courier services such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx to ensure a reliable delivery experience.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Next-Day Delivery (where available).

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within Canada
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
    • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 PM ET will be delivered the next business day (limited to select regions).

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping charges, including applicable taxes, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Express Shipping: Starting from $9.99 CAD
  • Next-Day Delivery: Starting from $14.99 CAD

Note: Free shipping is available for orders over $100 CAD within Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes. However, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.

  • Supplementary Costs:

    • If a delay or error occurs due to our shipping process, we will bear any supplementary costs incurred.
    • If the delay or error is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., inaccurate address), the customer will be responsible for any supplementary costs.

Claims for Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@triple-a.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns and Refunds for Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we offer full refunds or a replacement at no extra cost, subject to our Return Policy.
