Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at info@triple-a.ca within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may qualify for return under the policy below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products starting from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Grounds for Refund or Replacement
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement (at our expense) if:
- You do not receive your order;
- The item is significantly not as described;
- The item arrives damaged or defective;
- We are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The order does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you;
- The package is refused or unclaimed;
- Delays are caused by exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, severe weather, carrier strikes, or natural disasters).
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us at info@triple-a.ca within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for non-delivered orders).
- Include your order number and reason for return/refund.
- We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Do not ship any item back to us without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged, or not as described), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
